Uploaded pictures replace the donor's picture slots in order. Songs & masks are optional overrides.

Donor Pictures decode & export to PNG (edit in Photoshop, re-import)

Drop PNG/JPG images — each is converted to ADAM hi-res (256×160, 16-color) and replaces a donor picture slot in order; the thumbnail shows exactly how it will look on the ADAM. Raw .HGR pictures are ~11 blocks each, so the disk fits roughly 7–8 pictures — watch the budget bar above. (PowerPaint .CMP compression for 11+ pictures is the next step.)

Each slide pairs a picture with the song that plays under it and the wipe used to reveal it — exactly the model in Joe's Slides.DEF. Reorder with the arrows; the order here is the play order.

Disk Details

The internal volume/engine name stays 4THOFJULY so Joe's auto-run boot chain (HELLO → BsaveFix → engine) works unchanged. The theme above only names the downloaded files.

Slideshow Text edit the on-screen year & trivia

Safest edits are same-length: e.g. 249th→250th, 2025→2026. These swap cleanly. (The engine is stored in SmartBASIC's "space-bump" form that HELLO patches at boot, so changing the length of trivia/DATA lines is best-effort — always boot-test those.) Keep each line's leading number & BASIC keywords. Engine edits apply to both v1 and v2; v2's replay/ending block is preserved automatically. Leave untouched to keep Joe's original text.

READ ME.txt mirrors Joe's format
