A form filling and printing program for CP/M. Uses a GRID program to map a sample form, then a TABLE program builds a print position table with line and column coordinates. The Entry/Print program prompts the user for each data entry field using the control table. Features include return to previous field for changes, stop printing to reposition form, data entry edits for numeric/alphabetic/date/phone/dollar formats, constants, justified printing (left/centered/right), data from a separate data file, and a 20 page manual included. Works with COM files and includes MBASIC source code.
