Real Estate Overlays by Real Data is a series of templates designed to aid real estate investors and accountants in analyzing income producing property. Provides automatic calculation of annual debt service, depreciation by ACRS or straight line method, capitalization rates, cash-on-cash return, net operating income, before and after tax cash flows, sale proceeds, selling price projections, and internal rate of return. Additional templates produce detailed income/expense statements, loan amortization schedules for up to thirty years, and monthly payment tables.
