A third-party joystick of the period, sold as the Comrex Commander CR-301 and dated to 1983. Like most sticks of its generation it uses the Atari nine-pin standard, so one stick served several machines: it is listed against the Atari, the Commodore 64 and the ColecoVision.
On a ColecoVision it is a joystick and nothing more - the console's numeric keypad lives on the hand controller, so a stick of this kind is used either alongside a controller or with one of the keypad adapters also in this catalogue.
