Donkey Kong Hand Controllers (Red)

ColecoVision hand controllers rebuilt in a red Donkey Kong finish, from Viking Video Games' themed range of 2009 - a variant of the Donkey Kong pair also catalogued here.

The range began in 2008 with plain silver controllers, modified from Coleco originals for a more comfortable grip; themed finishes matched to the console's arcade ports followed. Donkey Kong was the ColecoVision's pack-in game, so it is the theme the range returns to most.

These are rebuilt Coleco controllers rather than new ones, so the keypad and connector are original. WHAT SEPARATES THE RED PAIR from the other Donkey Kong set - finish alone, or something more - wants confirming from the units.
