The internal prototype of Lundy's Special Edition ADE Pro - the same drive emulator, built to live inside the ADAM's console.

What it emulates

  • Up to four disk drives at once, any of which can be switched off so a physical drive can work alongside it.
  • Disk images (.dsk), data pack images (.ddp) and ColecoVision ROMs of 32K or less.

What makes internal possible

  • Lundy's power inlet board puts both power and an ADAMnet connector inside the case, so a peripheral can live there and still be on the bus.
  • The machine then looks untouched from the outside, which on a collectable computer is worth something.
