How the tiers worked

• Bronze, silver and gold by score. Every other patch in the programme was awarded once, at one level; Decathlon had three, and this collection holds all of them.

How it was earned

• Photograph the television showing your score and post the picture in. Activision replied with the patch and membership of the game's club.
