FASTRUN v2.1 loads and saves SmartBASIC programs super fast. A must for all SmartBASIC users. Features include saving any SmartBASIC program up to 4 times faster than normal, loading or running converted programs up to 11 times faster than normal (for example, a 24 block program that normally takes 5 minutes to load on datapack or 1 min 50 sec on disk now loads in just 32 seconds on disk), prevents excessive datapack rewinding during program loading and/or saving, once loaded into memory FASTRUN will remain allowing easy program conversion by just keying in fr when needed, makes a separate fast-loading program without disturbing the original, converted programs work the same and may be modified then resaved with FASTRUN and/or the SmartBASIC SAVE command, converts commercially written SmartBASIC programs, reduces storage size of larger programs, current screen colors automatically saved with the program (optional), and includes program to easily change screen colors and easily copy and configure FASTRUN.\n\nOriginal retail price: $14.95 (Practical Programs Catalog, January 1988)
