MILESTONE by Organic Software is an interactive program for managing projects using CPM (Critical Path Method) techniques. Determines the earliest possible completion dates for tasks and the overall project. Displays the Critical Path and calculates slack times for non-critical tasks. Easily revised for what-if analyses. Computes total manpower requirements, costs and other direct project costs with up to nine skill/cost levels per task. Projects can be measured in hours, days, weeks, months, quarters or fiscal quarters with provision for holidays and non-productive time.
