Attack Force

Fly your fighter up a corridor that scrolls toward you. Walls with gaps and laser fences with openings cross it: pass through the openings, because touching them destroys the ship. Shoot the enemy towers for 250 points each, and destroy as many as the mission asks to complete it. Saucers sweep from side to side as they come and score more on later missions; touching one or a tower is fatal. Now and then the scanner shows where an enemy bomb will fall, and about two seconds later it bursts just ahead of the ship in that part of the corridor. Fuel runs down with time and the ship is lost when the gauge empties; fuel left at the end of a mission is a bonus. You have four ships. Finish mission 9 to free your people.

Controls: Use either controller. The stick flies the ship left and right, and up and down in the lower part of the screen; a side button fires one shot at a time (release to fire again). On the title, up and down choose, left and right change the mission, and a button starts.
