Description
You are the lone outpost on the desert front, manning a sandbagged twin gun. A grey raider circles you over a horizon of dunes, red mesas, rocks and cacti that turns all the way round with your gun. Turn to find it, set the height where your shells burst, shown by the sight, and fire; arrows at the screen's edges point to a raider out of view. Three gauges decide the battle: TIME runs down steadily, every bomb that reaches you adds to DAMAGE, and every shot heats the gun's TEMP. Bombs can be shot down for 10 points. A raider shot down scores 100 plus a point for every step left on the gauges; then they reset and the next raider comes in faster. Let any gauge run out and the battle is lost.
Controls: Controller 1 or 2. Left and right turn the gun, up and down raise and lower the burst height, and either button fires. On the title, up and down choose and a button selects.
