Geopuzzle

A picture of diagonal colour bands on light blue is cut into a three-by-three set of square pieces and mixed up. Put it back together by rolling rows and columns: each move shifts a whole row one piece left or right, or a whole column one piece up or down, and the piece pushed off one end comes back at the other. Corner, edge and centre pieces are told apart by their fill pattern. The board is always mixed so that it can be solved. A move counter and a clock run while you work, a message appears when the picture is whole, and the best move count is kept. You can give up at any time.

Controls: Use either controller. The stick moves the cursor, which wraps around. Hold the left button and push the stick to roll the row or column. Hold the right button for two seconds to give up. On the title, push up and down to choose and press a button to start.

This is a modern homebrew adaptation, not a commercial Coleco release.
