Description
Fly a raider ship down the shaft of an enemy planet. Gravity pulls the ship down; turn it and thrust to steer. Shoot the gun bases on the girders and reach the glowing core at the bottom to complete the level. Touching rock, a girder or a base, or being hit by a base's shot, costs a ship. A shield guards against shots and draws in fuel pods, worth 500 fuel and 100 points each. Thrust and the shield both burn fuel, and a ship out of fuel can only fall. TIME runs down as you fly, and what is left becomes a bonus. After a lost ship the level starts again from the top, with destroyed bases still gone. Shoot all 24 bases in a set of eight levels for two extra ships. Five ships to start.
Controls: Use controller 1. Push left or right to turn, up to thrust, and down to hold the shield, which also pulls in fuel; either button fires.
