Description
The classic board game for two players, GREEN and WHITE, on the standard 8 by 8 board, starting with four discs in the middle. White moves first. Place a disc so that it brackets one or more of your opponent's discs in a straight line, across, down or diagonally, between it and one of your own: every bracketed disc turns over to your colour, one after another. A square that brackets nothing is a bad move. A player may pass at any time, which is a way to give a weaker player a start. A running count shows how many discs each side holds. The game ends when the board is full, when one colour is wiped out in a SHUT-OUT, or when neither player can move, and the player with more discs wins. There is no computer opponent.
Controls: The player to move uses his own controller: GREEN on controller 1, WHITE on controller 2. The stick moves the cursor in eight directions, the left button places a disc, and the right button passes (press twice, or once when you have no move). On the title, up and down choose and a button selects.
