Description
A space worm of six round segments loops across the sky, and your dart-shaped ship moves in a band at the bottom of the screen, firing one shot at a time straight up. Each shot that hits the worm scores 1 point, and every eight hits the worm loses its tail segment for 10 points. When the head goes the level is cleared for 100 points, and a new worm arrives on a new path, in new colours and often stretched longer. From time to time the worm's head drops a spore aimed at your ship; a shot destroys a spore, and a ship that keeps moving dodges them. Touching the worm or a spore costs a ship, and you have five.
Controls: Use controller 1 or 2. The stick moves the ship and either button fires; hold it for a stream of single shots. On the title, up and down choose START, HOW TO PLAY or CREDITS, and a button chooses.
ColecoVision version credited in the source to Claude (an AI made by Anthropic) for Amy Studio, in Amy, the language by Amy Bienvenu, 2026: a reimagined adaptation of the published rules. From COMPUTE!'s Gazette, April 1989: original Commodore 64 program (no author named in the issue). Known from the April 1989 disk; no printed page or article has been identified. This is a modern homebrew adaptation, not a commercial Coleco release.
