Speedway

A top-down race round one of four oval tracks, on a dry, wet or icy road. The stick turns your car's nose and the button is the gas; off the gas the car slows and stops. The car does not go at once where its nose points: the road holds it to its old course for a moment, longer on wet and much longer on ice, and while it slides the gas does nothing. Run onto the grass and you crawl. Cars that touch are bumped apart and both slow down. Alone, drive as many laps as you can in one minute; in a race, first to 20 laps wins, against a friend or a computer car.

Controls: The stick turns, a button is the gas (player 1 on controller 1, player 2 on controller 2).
