Sign in first, then play. Signing in reloads this page, which ends whatever game is running — a run in progress cannot be carried across it. Once you are signed in, play fullscreen and press Escape when the game ends: your screen is saved automatically and goes with your score.

Play as much as you like - that needs nothing at all. A score has to belong to a SmartFORUM member, though, so putting one on the board needs your forum account. The board and the rules are open to everybody too.
