How to identify it

The grey pinstripe is the design most people picture when they think of a European ColecoVision box. Spanish joins the four languages of CBS2, the artwork moves off the black field and into a framed panel, and the whole front turns grey - which had the practical effect of making one printing serve five markets. The catalogue also records a CBS3a: the same grey box with larger artwork that extends further down the front. Those titles are listed here too.
